Prat Ar Coum oysters are produced since 1898 by Yvon Madec Family in Northern Brittany, France. The Fine de Claire oysters offer a fresh and firm flesh with delicate hazelnut flavor. These oysters are plump and creamy, but crunchy at the same time.
